Yunus Akgün undergoes surgery

Galatasaray has reported that its young player Yunus Akgün has undergone surgery due to a meniscus tear in his left knee.

In a statement released by the club, it was stated: "Our player Yunus Akgün was treated today at Medicana Hospital with a successful operation performed by our club doctor, Yener İnce. Our medical team has quickly begun our player's treatment process. We convey our best wishes for a speedy recovery and hope to see him return to the pitch as soon as possible."
