Farewell message from Meltem Akçöl for the finale of Kara Ağaç Destanı

The TRT 1 series Kara Ağaç Destanı has concluded with its 30th episode. Meltem Akçöl, who played the character of Sultan, shared a farewell message.

Here is what Meltem Akçöl wrote:

"From the first moment I read the script until today, I have worked with admiration... I met mentors, older brothers, and older sisters who shed light on my path... I had the opportunity to work with very valuable colleagues... I am leaving a project where I grew so much, learned so much, and developed so much, with both happiness and a bittersweet feeling... From behind the camera to in front of it... I am very lucky to have walked this path with you all.

My dear partner Emre; my acting companion... I have seen very few people in my life as hardworking, kind-hearted, honest, and moral as you. May your path be as bright as your heart. To every moment we shared, every scene, the struggle we gave together since the first episode, and the scenes we shot while being torn apart. Cheers to our epic that we tried to write as best as we could, and to our efforts. A huge 'I'm glad' for your partnership and our friendship that will always remain.

Cem Akyoldaş, may your hand never leave my shoulder, teacher. Although I know it won't. Your effort is great, my respect and love for you are always infinite... A thousand thanks for being the greatest support for my development. You became my light, my teacher, my confidant, a thousand thanks. I'm glad you are my teacher..."
