14-year-old child found shot
14-year-old Cengiz Efe M., who was found shot at a bus stop in Düzce, has died at the hospital where he was taken. A wide-ranging investigation into the incident has been launched.

In a shooting incident that occurred during the night in the Günlü Mosque area of Düzce's Aziziye neighborhood, 14-year-old Cengiz Efe M. lost his life.
Local residents noticed a child lying motionless at a bus stop and reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon receiving the report, medical teams dispatched to the area determined that the child had been shot in the head.
Cengiz Efe M., who was taken to Düzce Atatürk State Hospital in critical condition, could not be saved despite all medical interventions.
Meanwhile, the body of the deceased child was taken to the Düzce University Hospital morgue for autopsy procedures. Police teams have launched a wide-ranging investigation to clarify the incident.
