After the examinations carried out by the gendarmerie teams at the house, the bodies of the child and his mother were taken to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute morgue, while Altın was taken to the gendarmerie command.

It was learned that the suspect Mehmet Altın had a record of 17 different crimes and had been married 5 times, while it was revealed that his girlfriend Aynur Çilli had a record of 20 different crimes.

Following the report made by 37-year-old Mehmet Ali Elbeli to the 112 Emergency Call Center, they found 34-year-old mother of three Müge Elbeli dead in the living room of the house. The body of the woman, who had bruises and wounds on her body, was taken to the Forensic Medicine morgue for an autopsy.

The husband, Mehmet Ali Elbeli, whose right arm was in a cast because he fell and got injured one day after being released from prison, was taken into custody while wandering in the dark near his house as a result of the gendarmerie's intensive work. The gendarmerie teams, who quickly caught the 4 people who were considered to be involved in the incident along with the murder suspect husband, also took the statement of a woman named N.Y., who lives with the husband's friend S.S., whom Mehmet Ali Elbeli went to after the incident, as a witness.

The husband, Mehmet Ali Elbeli, who was taken into custody regarding the death of Müge Elbeli, who had bruises and wounds on her body, argued that he committed the murder on the suspicion that his wife had gotten involved in drugs and was cheating on him while he was in prison. The husband, who was determined to have tortured the mother of three by beating her with a cable after tying her up and wounding her with a knife in various parts of her body, claimed that no one was with him at the time of the incident and that he committed all these tortures by himself with one arm.
