46 irregular migrants caught in truck trailer in Sakarya! Driver arrested
46 irregular migrants were caught in the trailer of a foreign-plated truck stopped on the Anatolian Highway in Sakarya. The driver, who was involved in migrant smuggling, was arrested, and deportation procedures for the irregular migrants have been initiated.

As part of efforts by the Sakarya Provincial Police Department to prevent migrant smuggling, a foreign-plated truck was stopped on the Anatolian Highway in the Erenler district. During the search, 46 irregular migrants were found in the trailer, and the foreign national truck driver, A.F. (41), was taken into custody.
While deportation procedures for the irregular migrants have been initiated, the truck driver was referred to judicial authorities, arrested, and sent to prison.
