80 students hospitalized at KYK dormitory!

Approximately 80 students staying at the Gülsüm Ana KYK Girls' Dormitory in Tokat were taken to the hospital after falling ill following their meal. The Governor's Office announced that the students are in good condition.

In Tokat, a large number of students at the Gülsüm Ana KYK Girls' Dormitory began experiencing health issues after dinner. Approximately 80 students sought medical attention at hospitals in the city with complaints of fever, nausea, and fatigue.

The students who fell ill were taken under treatment following initial interventions, and the incident caused concern at the dormitory.

STATEMENT FROM THE GOVERNOR'S OFFICE

The Tokat Governor's Office made the following statement regarding the situation on its social media account:

“Approximately 80 of our students staying at the Tokat Gülsüm Ana KYK Girls' Dormitory have applied to hospitals with complaints of fever, nausea, and fatigue. The general health condition of our students is good, and there is no cause for concern. The matter is being closely monitored by our relevant institutions.”
