Armed suicide in Maltepe

The incident occurred during the day at building number 43 on Yeşim Street in the Fındıklı neighborhood. According to allegations, a person in their 40s, whose name could not be learned, committed suicide by shooting themselves with a firearm for a reason yet to be determined. Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification. Upon examination by the teams, it was determined that the individual had lost their life.

Crime scene investigation teams conducted an examination at the building. The teams left the scene after completing their work. An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
