Car falls into the sea while attempting to park in Fatih

In Istanbul, a vehicle fell into the sea after the driver maneuvered to park it on the shore. In Ayvansaray, Haliç, a driver identified as Murat G. attempted to park his car with license plate 35 ABS 704 on the shore.

The car fell into the Golden Horn (Haliç) after the driver lost steering control while maneuvering.

The driver managed to throw himself out of the vehicle at the last moment. Upon notification, police, medical, and fire department teams arrived at the scene.

Efforts by the teams to recover the car that fell into the sea are ongoing.
