Deadly accident in Kütahya: Car rear-ends a semi-truck! 4 people lost their lives
In a tragic accident that occurred in heavy fog at the Bölücek junction on the Kütahya-Tavşanlı highway, 4 people in a car that rear-ended a pulp-loaded semi-truck waiting at a red light lost their lives at the scene.

According to the information obtained, the accident occurred around 00:30 when the car driven by Veli Yücel (36), traveling from the city center toward Tavşanlı, rear-ended a semi-truck stopped at a red light.
Following the accident, numerous health, police, and fire department teams were dispatched to the scene. Medical teams determined that the driver Veli Yücel and Badra El Alaoui, as well as two other individuals whose identities have not yet been determined, had lost their lives.
After the public prosecutor's investigation at the scene, the bodies of the four individuals were sent to the Kütahya City Hospital Morgue for autopsy.
While the truck driver was taken to the Şehit Mehmet Kartal Police Station for questioning, the vehicles were removed from the road following the cleanup efforts. The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
