Decision regarding 36 tourism businesses with deficiencies in Bozcaada
It has been reported that 36 businesses in the Bozcaada district of Çanakkale, one of the important tourism destinations of the North Aegean, have been sealed after various deficiencies were identified.

In a written statement issued by the Bozcaada Municipality, it was stated that as a result of inspections by officials, 36 businesses located both in the island center and outside were sealed and their operations suspended due to missing documentation that made it impossible for them to operate.
The statement, which noted that the relevant parties also participated in the sealing operations, included the following:
"Inspections by our Ministry and our municipality are ongoing. If businesses with deficiencies are identified, their operations will be suspended and this will be shared with the public. Businesses whose operations have been suspended may apply in writing to our Municipality to have the seal removed once they have addressed their deficiencies. No penal action will be applied for this. However, removing the seal without permission or continuing operations while the seal is in place is a crime. In the event of such a situation, the municipality, the ministry, the gendarmerie, and the police will issue separate fines. It is important for our businesses to complete their missing documentation and fulfill the relevant procedures to avoid any grievances."
