In Denizli, the conditions set by a landlord looking to rent out their apartment on a listing site have drawn backlash. In the Pamukkale district of Denizli, a landlord posted their 3+1 apartment on a listing site.

The landlord, who set the rent for the house at 35 thousand TL, drew more attention for the conditions they presented than for the rental price itself.

The landlord, who fit their conditions onto 3 pages, added clauses such as "it will only be rented to officially married families, at least one family member must be a civil servant, families with a maximum of 1 child will be accepted, smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited, no dirty dishes shall be left on the kitchen counter, and the counter must not be kept wet."

Not stopping there, the landlord noted that the house would be inspected every 50 days and that a formal notice would be sent if the rent was delayed by 2 days.
