Disaster narrowly averted in Kadıköy: Survived by a split second

In an unfortunate incident that occurred around 09:30 in the Suadiye neighborhood of Kadıköy, a piece of timber that broke off from the upper floor of a building undergoing demolition due to urban transformation fell onto an employee who was commuting to work on a scooter.
The individual, who sustained minor injuries to their shoulder, looked around in great panic, and the moments were clearly captured on security camera.
In the footage, it is clearly seen that the timber falls rapidly from the upper part of the building and strikes the employee.
It was stated that an investigation has been launched by the authorities following the incident.
