Dispute between neighbors in Sakarya turns into a massacre! 5 dead, 5 injured

A dispute between two neighboring families in the Beşköprü neighborhood of Sakarya's Serdivan district quickly escalated into an armed clash. 5 people lost their lives and 5 others were injured in the bloody incident that took place on 3167th Street.

According to allegations, weapons were drawn after a verbal argument escalated. Upon notification, numerous police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. Medical teams determined that Yaşar Özyurt, Onur Özyurt, and Volkan Yıldız had lost their lives at the scene. Following the investigation by the public prosecutor, the bodies were transported to the hospital morgue.

7 people injured in the clash were transported to nearby hospitals. However, Fahri Yıldız and Özgür Özyurt could not be saved despite all interventions at the hospital. The 5 people whose treatments are ongoing have been placed under police supervision. 4 suspects who fled after the incident were caught and taken into custody by police teams. 4 handguns were seized at the scene.

Sakarya Provincial Police Chief Selçuk Doğuş and Public Order Branch Manager Serkan Kızılay also arrived in the area to conduct investigations. The investigation into the bloody clash is ongoing.
