Double-decker passenger bus overturns in Amasya! Many injured
46 people were injured after a double-decker passenger bus traveling from Istanbul to Ordu overturned in the Merzifon district of Amasya. The injured were taken to the hospital following initial intervention by medical teams dispatched to the scene.

25 people were injured as a result of an intercity passenger bus overturning in a traffic accident that occurred in the Merzifon district of Amasya.
The double-decker passenger bus with license plate 34 DT 5602, driven by E.V. and traveling from Istanbul to Ordu, overturned in the Sarıköy area after the driver lost control of the steering wheel.
MANY TEAMS DISPATCHED TO THE ACCIDENT SITE
Upon notification of the accident, police, medical, and fire brigade teams were directed to the region. The teams safely evacuated the passengers on the bus and provided initial intervention to the injured at the scene.
THE INJURED WERE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL
The 46 people injured in the accident were transported by ambulance to Merzifon State Hospital and taken under treatment. An investigation into the accident has been initiated.
