Security camera footage has emerged showing the moment an IETT bus, which allegedly had its gas pedal stuck and was carrying passengers, crashed into a parking lot in Esenler. The footage shows a pedestrian on the sidewalk running away and narrowly escaping being crushed under the vehicle.

In the accident that occurred yesterday around 12:50 PM on Uludağ Street in Esenler, an IETT bus operating between the İkitelli Garage and Taksim reportedly went out of control after its gas pedal allegedly got stuck, first mounting the sidewalk before crashing into a roadside parking lot while passengers were on board.
Upon notification, police, fire, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The accident caused damage to several parked vehicles and the parking lot itself.
