A large number of passengers were injured when a passenger bus overturned in the Seydişehir district of Konya.
The incident occurred on the Konya-Antalya highway near the Madenli neighborhood of the Seydişehir district. According to reports, the passenger bus belonging to Metro Turizm lost control on the road, which had become slippery due to rain, and tipped over on its side after failing to navigate a curve.
Upon notification by bystanders, numerous health, police, and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area. While the first interventions for the injured passengers were performed at the scene, some of the injured were transported to hospitals by ambulance.
An investigation into the accident has been launched.
