According to the Presidential Decree published in the Official Gazette, Başkentray, Marmaray, İZBAN, the Sirkeci-Kazlıçeşme Rail System Line, and the Gayrettepe-Istanbul Airport-Arnavutköy Metro will be free of charge on August 30, Victory Day.
