Terms announced for TOKİ's 20,000-home campaign
The application process for approximately 20,000 homes that TOKİ will put up for sale in 64 provinces will take place between June 15 and 17. While there are no residency, income, or lottery requirements for the campaign, applicants must be at least 18 years old and must not own a registered home.

Details regarding the approximately 20,000 homes that the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) will offer for sale in 64 provinces have been announced. Within the scope of the campaign, which will be carried out via the open sale method, the homes will be open for applications on the specified dates.
Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum provided information about the campaign in a post on his social media account. The statement also included the prices and payment options for the homes to be offered for sale in Ankara.
In the project, which features homes built with the tunnel formwork system, it was stated that the prices for 2+1 apartments in Ankara will start from 3 million 100 thousand liras, and monthly installments will be applied starting from the 21 thousand 400 lira level.
Within the scope of the campaign, sales transactions will be carried out between June 15 and 17 through Halkbank and Ziraat Bank. There will be no requirements for residency, income level, pre-application, or a lottery for applications. It will be sufficient for applicants to be at least 18 years old and not have a home registered in their name.
Among the payment options, a 25 percent discount will be applied for cash purchases. For purchases made with a 50 percent down payment, a 72-month installment payment plan and an 8 percent discount opportunity will be offered. In another model, half of the down payment will be paid at the time of the contract, and the remaining half will be paid after 12 months; a 60-month maturity will be applied for the remaining amount.
