In a statement issued by the General Directorate of Coastal Safety, it was stated: 'According to information received from the Istanbul Vessel Traffic Services Center, vessel traffic in the Bosphorus has been suspended in both directions due to the passage of the 373-meter-long cable-laying ship Castorone from south to north.'
