Unbelievable punishment for child who got into a fight: He tied his 13-year-old son to a motorcycle and made him run for meters

In Adana, a father who tied a rope around his son's waist and made him run for meters behind his motorcycle to punish him for fighting has been taken into custody.

In the Pekmezli neighborhood of Adana's Yüreğir district, Mahcub H., a foreign national agricultural worker, wanted to punish his 13-year-old son, Ahmed H., for getting into a fight. Mahcub H. tied one end of a rope to his son's waist and the other to his motorcycle. The heartless father then made his son run for meters.

Following the footage shared on social media, teams from the Yüreğir District Police Department identified the tent where Mahcub H. and his family were staying.

Teams went to the tent with officers from the Child Protection Bureau and took Mahcub H. into custody.

Ahmed A. and his mother, Halide M., were taken to the Adana Police Department's Bureau for Combating Domestic Violence and Violence Against Women.
