An armed attack that took place in the evening hours in Istanbul's Bahçelievler district has resulted in the death of a teenager.
As a result of gunfire opened by unidentified individuals in the Zafer neighborhood, 16-year-old H.A. was critically injured. In the same incident, 18-year-old E.B. and 21-year-old F.G. were also struck by bullets.
Upon reports from bystanders, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. The injured were transported to the hospital by ambulance. However, H.A., who was critically wounded, could not be saved despite all medical interventions.
Police teams have launched a wide-scale investigation to apprehend the suspects who carried out the attack.
