Young man who gave his IBAN to a childhood friend arrested for the 4th time
In Adana, 28-year-old Yasin Örsdemir, a father of two, has been arrested and sent to prison for the fourth time as part of ongoing legal proceedings after numerous fraud cases were filed against him for allowing his childhood friend to use his IBAN.

Yasin Örsdemir, a 28-year-old living in Adana, allowed his childhood friend to use his bank account in 2020 following a request that he "needed an account." Some time later, it was discovered that the account in question had been used for fraudulent activities.
Following this development, a total of 70 separate cases were filed against Örsdemir across Turkey on charges of fraud. It was learned that 52 of these files have been concluded, while 18 cases are still ongoing.

Having previously entered and exited prison three times on different dates, Örsdemir was most recently arrested again as part of a case heard in Alanya and sent to prison.
