According to a report by Israel's 'Channel 12' television, the missiles targeted the Kiryat Shmona settlement in northern Israel.
It was stated that one of the missiles struck a house in the area and that sirens were heard in Kiryat Shmona.

Meanwhile, in a statement regarding the attack, Hezbollah stated that northern Israel was "targeted with dozens of missiles."
Hezbollah noted that the attack was carried out in retaliation for Israel's strike on the Deir Kifa region.
It had been reported that Israel conducted an airstrike on a moving vehicle in the town of Deir Kifa in southern Lebanon, resulting in the death of one person inside the vehicle.

Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah said in a statement yesterday that if a war were imposed on Lebanon, a plan for a major attack on Israel's northern regions was on the table.
