In an attack carried out by unidentified individuals in the city of Bamyan in the evening hours, 4 people, including 3 foreign tourists, lost their lives. Eyewitnesses reported that the attackers targeted the tourists and their Afghan interpreter.
"4 PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DETAINED"
Afghanistan Interior Ministry spokesperson Abdul Mateen Qani reported that 7 people, including 4 foreign tourists, were also injured in the incident.
Stating that security forces have begun efforts to capture the attackers, Qani said, "So far, 4 people have been detained." Strongly condemning the attack, Qani expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and emphasized that the perpetrators would be found and punished.
