7 Turks arrested in 'Daltons' operation in France! 150 weapons seized
Seven Turkish citizens have been arrested in France as part of an organized crime investigation. Approximately 150 weapons, reported to be Glock-type, were seized during the operations.

New operations have been carried out as part of an investigation into the criminal organization known as the "Daltons" in France.

According to reports in the French press, 7 Turkish citizens aged between 19 and 37 were brought before a judge in Paris on charges of arms trafficking and membership in a criminal organization.
Arrest warrants were issued for all of the suspects. French authorities conducting the investigation believe the suspects are linked to an international network that has been smuggling copies of Glock-type pistols into France since at least 2025.
Approximately 150 pistols were seized during the operations. It is alleged that the weapons were sold on the market at prices ranging from 1,300 to 2,800 euros, and it was reported that the suspects were apprehended in Garges-lès-Gonesse and Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois around Paris, as well as in Marseille.
According to the French press, a total of 12 people were detained across all operations. It was reported that approximately 150 weapons were found packed in sports bags in a vehicle stopped in the Ain region.
ARREST AT TRAIN STATION EXPANDED THE INVESTIGATION
One of the prominent developments in the case occurred on August 24 at the Gare de Lyon train station in Paris. Customs officers checked an individual who was about to board a train to Perpignan. During the search, 35 pistols, described as imitations of Glock 19 and Glock 26 models, were found in two heavy backpacks.
During the same search, a fake ID, a bank card issued under the same name, and 2,000 euros in cash were also seized. Investigators examining the suspect's phone records stated that they had identified numerous trips to Belgium, Spain, and Germany in recent months.
It was reported that the investigation dates back to June 2025, and that the National Prosecution Office for Organized Crime (PNACO) opened the file following information on international arms trafficking received from German authorities. The file was later transferred to the French Central Office for the Fight against Organized Crime (OCLCO) and regional police units.
French authorities believe the network planned to transport hundreds of weapons from Turkey to Europe and that it has connections in Germany, Italy, and Spain, as well as in France. It was noted that some of the Glock-type weapons seized in Nancy, Besançon, Dijon, Strasbourg, and some Paris suburbs were found to have the same serial numbers as weapons found in Germany.
According to Le Parisien, the investigation file includes allegations that the network provided weapons not only to its own members but also to other criminal structures in France. It was reported that judicial investigations are ongoing regarding allegations that weapons were supplied to the Marseille-based DZ Mafia and individuals linked to the PKK terrorist organization.
