900 million dollar agreement between Iran and Turkmenistan
It has been reported that a cooperation agreement worth approximately 900 million dollars, covering road construction and the construction of an electricity transmission line, has been signed between Iran and Turkmenistan.

According to Iran's official news agency IRNA, the 17th Iran-Turkmenistan Joint Economic Cooperation Commission meeting was held in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, on November 17-18.
Following the meeting, the Memorandum of Understanding for the 17th Joint Economic Cooperation Commission between the two countries was signed by Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development Mehrdad Bazrpash and Turkmen Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov.
ROAD AND ELECTRICITY
Iranian and Turkmen officials signed a bilateral cooperation agreement regarding road construction worth 550 million dollars and the construction of an electricity transmission line and supply of equipment worth 340 million dollars.
On the other hand, upon Iran's proposal, it was decided that the 18th Joint Economic Cooperation Commission Meeting between the two countries will be held in Iran in November next year.
