According to information provided by journalist Deniz Berktay, who resides in Ukraine, this move is seen as part of Ukraine's goal to attract international investment and increase domestic economic resilience.
IS THE TRADITION OF WESTERN ADVISORS RETURNING?
Zelensky's decision has brought to mind similar processes in Ukraine's political history. In the early days of the Petro Poroshenko administration, which took office following the 2014 "Revolution of Dignity" (Maidan events), the Ukrainian government appointed numerous foreign figures to advisory and ministerial positions to accelerate reform processes.
