It was his sister Katie Colmenares who broke the sad news to Gail's fans. Announcing Gail's death with a photo and a post on Instagram, Colmenares said, "There's barely been a day in my life when you were not with me by my side. You were always my best friend."
No official statement has been made regarding the cause of death of Gail, who passed away at the age of 58.
