Al Arabiya: Ghalibaf to lead Iranian delegation in US-Iran talks in Switzerland
The Saudi-based news channel Al Arabiya has claimed that Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf will lead the Iranian delegation in the talks scheduled for tomorrow in Switzerland between the US and Iran, and that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi will also be part of the delegation.

New details have emerged regarding the talks expected to take place tomorrow in Switzerland between the US and Iran. Various sources have made claims regarding the names that will be included in the Iranian delegation.
The Saudi-based news channel Al Arabiya has claimed that the delegation will be led by Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
The report also alleged that the delegation will include Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, Deputy Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran Ali Bagheri, Governor of the Central Bank of Iran Abdolnaser Hemmati, Deputy Minister of Petroleum Hamid Bord, Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi, and Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei.
Sources stated that, as in the previous round of negotiations, the Iranian delegation will be accompanied by expert committees from various fields. Furthermore, it was claimed that Central Bank Governor Abdolnaser Hemmati will chair the economic committee.
IAEA Director General Grossi also claimed to be attending the talks
The Israeli press has claimed that International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi will also participate in some of the technical discussions where topics related to Iran's nuclear program will be addressed.
Pakistan Prime Minister Sharif and Chief of Army Staff Munir to also attend the talks
The Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs had announced that the technical-level talks, which will follow the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the US and Iran, would take place tomorrow. It was stated that Pakistan and Qatar would also play a mediating role in these contacts. An unnamed Pakistani official had announced that Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief of Army Staff Asim Munir would also attend the talks.
Witkoff and Kushner in Switzerland
US Vice President James David Vance had announced that US President Donald Trump's Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff and Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner are currently in Switzerland and are continuing their work regarding the talks. Vance had stated that he might travel to Switzerland soon to participate in the aforementioned talks.
US and Iranian delegations last met as part of the talks held in the Pakistani capital, Islamabad, on April 11-12, where the parties held both indirect and face-to-face contacts.
