Aliyev: It is time to dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that the conflict with Armenia is a thing of the past, saying, "The Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict is in the past. Therefore, it is time to dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group and all its associated institutions."
