Araghchi: Some individuals in the US administration have their heads in the sand

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi criticized the US administration over its stance toward Iran.

In a post on his social media account, Araghchi stated, "Some individuals in the US administration who have been influenced have their heads in the sand. They are ignoring the realities on the ground and appear to be focused solely on the 2028 elections."

In his criticism of officials supporting attacks against Iran, Araghchi said, "The irrational aggression they advocate will cause the US President to pay a much heavier price for the deal he is trying to reach."
