It has been reported that an armed attack took place in a parking lot in the US city of Indianapolis during the night hours. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department announced that teams dispatched to the scene following reports of the attack found 5 people who had been shot.

In the police statement, it was stated that 2 people lost their lives at the scene, while 3 others were taken to the hospital with injuries. It was reported that the injured are undergoing treatment and their conditions are serious.
2 MORE PEOPLE SHOT, FLED ON THEIR OWN
It was stated that 2 more people were shot in the same incident and that these individuals fled the scene by their own means.
