According to the Axios report, Trump stated that the Washington administration was informed of Israel's nighttime attacks on Iran at the last minute, and he expressed that he had managed to limit the scope of these attacks.
Referring to his conversation with Netanyahu, Trump said, "I told him, 'Bibi, you'd better be careful, or you'll be all alone very soon.'" The report, which stated that 5 regional countries supporting mediation efforts between the U.S. and Iran asked Trump to pressure Netanyahu to stop the attacks, included Trump's remarks: "These countries were very worried. They really like the deal we are negotiating."
