Israel's blockade of the Gaza Strip continues. US President Joe Biden made a statement regarding the release of 2 Americans held hostage by Hamas in the Gaza Strip, where the Israeli army continues its intense airstrikes.

Biden stated, "Today, we secured the release of 2 Americans taken hostage by Hamas. We are working day and night to secure the release of US citizens held hostage by Hamas. As President, I have no higher priority than the safety of Americans held hostage."
EMPHASIS ON GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FOR RELEASED CITIZENS
Biden thanked the government of Qatar and the government of Israel for their partnership in the efforts to secure the release of the hostages. He also emphasized that the released citizens would have the full support of the US government.
