Following the Global Sumud Flotilla, which set out to break the blockade imposed on Gaza, the Freedom Flotilla, consisting of 11 ships, has now been attacked. The Israeli military launched an operation against the flotilla's flagship, the Vicdan, from both the sea and the air.

According to NTV, Israeli soldiers took action following radio announcements, approaching the ships and beginning to detain the activists on board.

It was stated that there are 92 activists from a total of 26 countries on the flotilla, including 3 Turkish members of parliament and 3 Israeli citizens.

According to Sözcü TV, Future Party member Sema Silkin Ün, and Felicity Party members Necmettin Çalışkan and Mehmet Atmaca are on the flotilla.

Sema Silkin Ün made the following statement on her X account:

"The Vicdan ship's internet access has currently been cut off. Israeli soldiers are intervening on the ship.

The Vicdan ship, which carries Turkish MPs, journalists, healthcare workers, and medical aid, is being intervened by Israel in international waters.

Israeli soldiers have cut off the Vicdan ship's internet access. We currently have no information regarding the safety of those on board."
