Claims that Trump and Netanyahu have reached an agreement on Gaza

It has been claimed that US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have agreed on a new plan regarding the Gaza Strip. In reports by the Israeli press citing unnamed sources, it was alleged that within the scope of the plan, Trump and Netanyahu reached an agreement during a phone call to end Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip within two weeks. The reports stated that Trump and Netanyahu also agreed to expand the Abraham Accords, which aim to normalize relations between Arab countries and Israel.

It was stated that the phone call in question took place late last Monday night and that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Israeli Minister of Strategic Affairs Ron Dermer also participated in the call.

The reports conveyed that under the plan agreed upon by Trump and Netanyahu, four Arab countries, including the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Egypt, would jointly govern the Gaza Strip in place of Hamas, that the Hamas leadership would be sent into exile, and that an agreement would be reached for the release of all hostages.

THOSE MIGRATING FROM GAZA WILL BE ACCEPTED

The reports, which alleged that Palestinians wishing to migrate from Gaza would be accepted by several unnamed countries under the plan, claimed that Saudi Arabia and Syria would establish diplomatic ties with Israel, and that other Arab and Muslim countries would follow suit as a result.

CLAIMS OF SUPPORT FOR A TWO-STATE SOLUTION

The reports alleged that under the plan, Israel would support a future two-state solution on the condition that the Palestinian Authority implements reforms, and that the US would recognize Israeli sovereignty over certain parts of the West Bank.
