Clashes between Arab tribes and Druze in the countryside of As-Suwayda
A statement from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that clashes have occurred between Arab tribes and the Druze in towns in the countryside of the southern city of As-Suwayda.

Clashes between the Druze and Bedouins in the southern Syrian city of As-Suwayda, which began on Sunday, show no signs of abating. Arab tribes, having set out to assist the Bedouins in the city, have reached the As-Suwayda countryside.
A statement from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that clashes have occurred between Arab tribes and the Druze in towns in the countryside of As-Suwayda.
The statement noted that approximately 200 people from the Arab tribes responded to armed Druze with machine guns and mortar fire.
DEATH TOLL REACHES 620
In a new statement regarding the death toll, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said, "The total number of those who have lost their lives since Sunday morning, July 13, has reached 620."
