Condolence message from Aliyev to Putin
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has sent a message of condolence to Russian President Vladimir Putin for those who lost their lives in the armed attack on a concert hall in Moscow, the capital of Russia.

According to a statement from the Azerbaijani Presidency, Aliyev stated that he and the people of Azerbaijan were deeply saddened by the news of the numerous deaths and injuries resulting from the armed attack on the concert hall located at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, and included the following in his message:
“On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I strongly condemn this terrorist act and wish patience to you, the Russian people, and the families and loved ones of the victims, and a speedy recovery to the injured.”
40 PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES
In the armed attack carried out by masked individuals on the concert venue located at the Crocus City Hall in Moscow, 40 people were killed and more than 100 people were injured.
