Critical statement from Zelenskyy before the new week: Is the Russia-Ukraine war coming to an end?

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced that he will travel to the US for the opening of the 80th session of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly. Stating that they will engage in intense diplomatic traffic with allied countries to end the Russia-Ukraine war as part of the visit, Zelenskyy said, "We are currently preparing for a very intense week, a week of diplomacy."

20 MEETINGS TO BE HELD IN THE US

In a statement on his Telegram account, Zelenskyy noted that they would hold approximately 20 meetings as part of his contacts in the US, and that their first meetings would begin tomorrow. He also stated that they plan to meet with US President Donald Trump later in the week.

PEACE WITHOUT STRENGTH IS NOT POSSIBLE

Emphasizing that these diplomatic initiatives must send a strong message to the world, Zelenskyy said, "It is important that this week gives the world a strong sense of action; there is no peace without strength."

EXPORT OFFERS FOR UNMANNED MARITIME VEHICLES

Zelenskiy also stated that they have prepared the first offers for the export of Ukrainian-produced unmanned maritime vehicles for allied countries. Noting that these diplomatic efforts will strengthen both Ukraine's international position and its military power, Zelenskyy added, "The coming week will definitely further strengthen both our diplomatic position and our army."
