Death toll in Gaza nears 40,000

The number of people who have lost their lives in the Israeli army's attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen by 32, reaching 39,929.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza released a statement providing information regarding the attacks Israel has been carrying out on the Gaza Strip for 312 days.

The statement noted that the Israeli army committed 2 massacres in its attacks on various parts of Gaza in the last 24 hours, resulting in the deaths of 32 more Palestinians and leaving 88 others injured.

It was recorded that the number of people who have lost their lives in Israel's attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7 has risen to 39,929, and the number of injured has reached 92,240.

The statement also emphasized that there are still bodies under the rubble and on the roadsides, but health teams and civil defense personnel are unable to reach the bodies due to obstruction by Israeli forces.
