Details of the ceasefire agreement reached in Gaza revealed: What are the terms of 'peace'?

Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani announced at a press conference held in the country's capital, Doha, that the agreement would take effect on Sunday.
Al Thani included the following statements in his announcement:
'The first phase of the agreement will last 42 days and will include the withdrawal of Israeli forces from populated areas (referring to residential areas that Gazans have not been forced to leave).'
Al Thani also explained how the process would proceed according to the agreement with these words:
'Afterward, Israeli forces will be positioned at the Gaza border, which will allow for the exchange of prisoners, the return of remains (the bodies of the deceased), and the return of displaced persons to their homes.'
PRISONER EXCHANGE TO TAKE PLACE BETWEEN HAMAS AND ISRAEL
Hamas and Israel will release hostages, including women, female soldiers, children, the elderly, the sick, and the wounded. In exchange for the 33 hostages held by Hamas, Israel will return nearly 2,000 prisoners of war.
According to Al Thani's statements, humanitarian aid will be delivered to every part of the Gaza Strip. Hospitals and health centers will be restored, and the entry of fuel and civil defense equipment will be permitted. Basic necessities will be provided to people who lost their homes due to the war.
