Explosion occurs at a skyscraper in Dubai

As the attacks by the US and Israel against Iran and the retaliations by the Tehran administration continue to escalate tensions in the region, an explosion has occurred at a skyscraper in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Smoke rose into the sky following the explosion at the skyscraper named "23 Marina," located in the Dubai Marina district of the city.

It has not yet been clarified whether the explosion was caused by a missile or an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) launched by Iran.

On the other hand, a statement from the UAE Ministry of Defense indicated that the country's air defense systems were actively intercepting elements launched from Iran.

The statement further noted that the explosion sounds heard in various parts of the country were caused by these air defense activities.
