In the statement issued by the office, it was noted that the claims in question are baseless, using the phrase, "This is fake news; the Prime Minister is in good condition."

It was stated that the claims began to spread on social media following a press conference that Netanyahu attended online on March 13. The fact that the air raid siren sounded across Israel during the meeting was not heard at the location where the meeting was held, and the subsequent sharing of some videos alleged to be products of artificial intelligence, were cited as the basis for the rumors.
