The 88-year-old spiritual leader of Catholics, Pope Francis, has been undergoing treatment at Gemelli Hospital in Rome, the capital of Italy, since February 14.
Following a previous voice message sent to his followers, the Vatican has now released the first photo of the Pope from the hospital.
In the photo, the Pope is seen in the hospital's chapel.
