Claims that the US has accepted Iran's negotiation conditions have been denied by Washington. The White House announced that reports regarding the release of frozen Iranian assets do not reflect the truth.

A high-ranking Iranian official, in a statement to the US press, claimed that the Washington administration has agreed to release Iranian assets currently frozen in Qatar and other foreign banks.

The source argued that this step demonstrates the "seriousness" of the parties in reaching an agreement during the contacts held in Islamabad, and expressed their satisfaction with this development.

Official denial from the US

The White House, however, categorically rejected these claims. In the statement, it was emphasized that the reports do not reflect the truth, while a senior US official reported that formal negotiations with Iran have not yet begun.

The same official also clearly stated that no financial concessions toward Iran are on the agenda.
