US President Joe Biden announced that he condemns Iran's attacks on Israel in the strongest possible terms, that he conveyed a message to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that their "support for the country is unwavering," and that he will convene G-7 leaders to coordinate a joint diplomatic response to Iran.

US President Joe Biden, in a written statement, said, "Iran and its proxies operating out of Yemen, Syria and Iraq launched an unprecedented air attack against military facilities in Israel. I condemn these attacks in the strongest possible terms."
Pointing out that, at his direction, additional American military assets were moved to the region last week to help bolster Israel's defense, Biden stated, "We helped Israel take down nearly all of the incoming drones and missiles."
Referring to his phone call with Netanyahu, Biden noted that he "reaffirmed America's ironclad commitment to the security of Israel."
Biden noted that Israel demonstrated its capacity to defend itself against its enemies in the region tonight.
MEETING WITH G-7 LEADERS
Biden also stated that he would convene G-7 leaders on Sunday to discuss a joint diplomatic response to Iran.
Stating that they will continue to engage with Israel and other allied countries in the region and assess the situation, Biden sent a message that although there have been no attacks on American forces, they will remain vigilant and will not hesitate to take all necessary action to protect their citizens.
