A drone attack was carried out on the Russian capital, Moscow. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin stated that the drones used in the attack were shot down and that emergency response teams were dispatched to the locations where the drones fell.
The Russian Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) announced that it had temporarily suspended all air traffic at Sheremetyevo and Vnukovo, the two largest airports in the capital, due to the drone attack, but that they were later reopened.
