Former US National Security Advisor John Bolton stated that if Democratic candidate Kamala Harris wins the November 5 US presidential election, her Republican rival Donald Trump will not accept the results.

Speaking on CNN, Bolton, who served as White House National Security Advisor during the Donald Trump administration, made remarks regarding the upcoming US elections.

When asked whether Trump would accept the result if he loses the election, Bolton replied, "No, I don't think so. And we need to be prepared for that."

"TRUMP'S COMMENTS ON LIZ CHENEY"

Bolton also criticized Trump's "war hawk" comment directed at former Congresswoman Liz Cheney, a prominent figure in the Republican Party, during his campaign rally in Michigan.

Arguing that Trump's criticism had nothing to do with Cheney being a "war hawk," Bolton assessed, "The truth is, (Trump) cannot get over the fact that Cheney voted to impeach him after the January 6 Capitol riot."

Trump had stated, "Harris is campaigning with war hawks like Liz Cheney. Her father (Dick Cheney) almost destroyed the Middle East."
