France to send 40 SCALP missiles to Ukraine
The French Ministry of Defense has announced that it will send 40 SCALP cruise missiles to Ukraine.

The Ministry stated in a post on the X social media platform that France will send hundreds of air-to-ground guided missiles and 40 SCALP cruise missiles to Ukraine.
STATEMENT FROM THE MINISTRY
Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu stated this morning that 6 CAESAR artillery systems, mounted on tactical wheeled vehicles produced by the state-owned French defense company Nexter, will be sent to Ukraine in the coming weeks.
Minister Lecornu noted that the company will produce 72 artillery systems for Ukraine this year, with the funding for 12 of them to be provided by France.
