It was discovered he was the biological father of 550 children... He was banned from having relations with women
Sperm donation, which is legal in the European Union, prohibits a donor from providing sperm to more than 12 different women and having more than 25 children in total. However, 42-year-old Jacob Meijer far exceeded this restriction by becoming the biological father of approximately 550 children.

While current laws in the European Union allow individuals over the age of 18 to donate sperm, sperm donors are permitted to donate to a maximum of 12 different women, provided the total number of children does not exceed 25.
However, despite all the restrictions in place, 42-year-old musician Jacob Meijer, who lives in the Netherlands, has become the biological father of approximately 550 children through his sperm donations.
The Dutch DonorKind Foundation has filed a lawsuit against musician Jonathan Jacob Meijer after it was revealed that he is the father of 550 children, arguing that this situation could increase the risk of incest in the country.
It was learned that Meijer, who had previously been found to have exceeded donation limits, was identified as the father of approximately 100 children in 2017 and was subsequently blacklisted by institutions. According to research conducted to date, the 42-year-old man has donated sperm at least 13 times to 11 clinics in the Netherlands.
It has also been learned in which countries Meijer's children live.
Meijer did not limit himself to sperm donations to father children. The 42-year-old man, who met with couples wanting to have children in Facebook groups and had sexual intercourse with them, also caused many women to become pregnant through this method. According to research conducted by the Dutch state, it is believed that Jonathan Jacob Meijer's children are scattered all over the world.
Approximately 375 live in the Netherlands, 80 in Germany, 35 in Belgium, four in Argentina, and two in Australia.
The Dutch musician will face a heavy fine if he continues to donate sperm to various organizations. However, according to some reports in the European press, Meijer continues to “help women who want to have children,” as he puts it, via social media.
